Information on ballots

This is the most important part of the process. I want to make sure that these ballots are as secure and legitimate as possible. We will be using tallyspace (tallyspace.com) for holding these ballots. It's simple as sending a text, allows everyone to vote anonymously, and prevents severe voter fraud. It is not perfect. People will be able to borrow a friends phones, or buy more phones to allow themselves more votes, but the hassle and lack of financial incentive will likely keep our ballots secure and accurate. Suggestions to improve this process are welcome in this thread.
Ballots will not begin until the community is active and large enough to warrant a vote. Before then, we need to lay the foundations of the most basic laws we will put on our ballots, and spread the word so our community can grow. Tallyspace will allow us a free trial that includes 100 votes and lasts 15 days. Our first ballot will use this free trial. After this, Tallyspace offers 5000 votes over one year for $155. This is approximately 3 cents a vote.
I am willing to put my cash on the line because I am passionate about this idea, however the more the community contributes, the more ballots we can run a year. This will be essential as the community grows larger and there are larger vote tally's per ballot. At the moment, I can only accept Bitcoin, but as the community grows, I will also accept Paypal. This is voluntary, but I appreciate any help from anyone else who supports the idea. Remember, no donation is too small. 1Ku6qWZCq4MY3cxp2MXMWkkPr1A9LZB4Xi
